Automation Alley proposes a $20 million Project DIAMOnD statewide expansion to establish Michigan as a leader in Additive Manufacturing (AM). Building on successful phases in Oakland and Macomb Counties, the project will enhance AM access for small and medium-sized manufacturers (SMMs) through advanced infrastructure, workforce training, and digital innovation. This expansion will drive economic growth, strengthen supply chains, and ensure Michigan’s competitiveness in advanced manufacturing.
