Funding for upgraded walkie talkie systems will strengthen emergency preparedness by allowing staff to respond immediately to medical incidents, security concerns, severe weather, and other urgent situations. In addition to crisis response, these systems improve daily coordination for student supervision, arrival and dismissal procedures, special events, and building operations, creating a safer, more efficient learning environment for students and staff.
